By accessing or using the Luxe Home website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services & Estimates

All project estimates are provided in good faith based on information available at the time. Final pricing may vary if project scope changes, unforeseen conditions arise, or you request modifications. Any changes are documented in writing and require your approval before proceeding.

3. Project Timelines

Estimated completion dates are targets, not guarantees. Delays caused by weather, material shortages, permit approvals, or client-requested changes are not subject to our on-time guarantee.

4. Payment Terms

A deposit is required to schedule work. Remaining payments follow the milestone schedule outlined in your contract. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee and may pause project progress.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, renderings, and content on this website are the property of Luxe Home. Project photos may be used in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Luxe Home's liability is limited to the value of the contract. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from project delays or disruptions.

Effective: June 29, 2026

1. Cancellation Before Work Begins

You may cancel your project in writing before any on-site work begins. In this case, your deposit is fully refundable minus a $250 administrative fee, processed within 10 business days.

2. Cancellation After Work Begins

Once on-site work has commenced, cancellation is subject to payment for all labor and materials completed to date, plus a 10% early termination fee. A detailed accounting will be provided within 5 business days of cancellation notice.

3. Material Returns

Unused, unopened materials in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Custom-ordered, cut, or personalized items are non-refundable.

4. Workmanship Issues

If you identify a workmanship defect within the 5-year warranty period, we will repair or replace the affected work at no cost. This is not a monetary refund but a commitment to correct the issue.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days. Credit card refunds may take an additional billing cycle to appear on your statement.

6. Disputes

We encourage open dialogue first. If a resolution cannot be reached, please contact our Client Relations Manager at refunds@decornest.org before pursuing formal action.
